TERMS OF BOOKING

1. You must arrive at least 10 minutes before the game starts. If you arrive later than this, we may have to shorten your playing time if the following time slot has been booked.

2. The person making the booking is responsible for providing the correct contact details and for receiving the booking confirmation. If the booking confirmation does not arrive by email, they must contact the service provider. A completed booking remains valid and will be charged regardless of whether the person making the booking has received the booking confirmation.

The booker is responsible for filling the form in with correct information so that we may contact the booker.

The booker is responsible for receiving the booking confirmation. If the confirmation does not arrive by email within 2 days, the booker must contact the service provider. All bookings are considered valid unless otherwise stated by the service provider.

If you want your game in English, please let us know prior to your game.
6.
Payment is taken on site with the forms of payment stated. If you want to be billed for your game, we will add a 5 € billing fee.
